APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION OF AMBULANCES TRANSITIONING TO ONLINE PLATFORM

The Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) wishes to inform all stakeholders that in order to enhance convenience, efficiency and seamless service delivery, the ongoing registration exercise for ambulances is being transitioned to a digital process. To facilitate the digitization of the application process, a revised schedule and further guidance will be communicated at the earliest opportunity. We appreciate your understanding and continued cooperation as we work to improve your service experience.

INVITATION TO ATTEND THE STAKEHOLDERS WORKSHOP FOR THE VALIDATION AND ADOPTION OF THE REVISED CODE OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AND DISCIPLINE (7TH EDITION)

The Council is in the process of reviewing The Code in order to keep abreast with advances in the fields of Medicine and Dentistry. To this end, the Council has developed The Code of Professional Conduct and Discipline 7th edition (Draft Zero) which is available at https://shorturl.at/WUXXf. NOTICE FOR COUNCIL EXAMINATIONS MAY 2025

The Council wishes to inform you that the Internship Qualifying and Pre-Registration Council Examinations have been scheduled to take place as per the attached notice.

RENEWAL NOTICE TO ALL HEALTH INSTITUTIONS FOR THE YEAR 2025

All health institutions registered by KMPDC are required by CAP 253, Laws of Kenya to renew their operating license annually within the stipulated period. Sec 15 of the Act stipulates that no premise shall be used as a health institution unless it is registered and licensed by the Council. Section 22 of the Act further criminalizes the use of an unlicensed premise as a health institution. It is therefore the responsibility of the directors of each health institution registered by KMPDC to ensure strict compliance with the Law. RENEWAL NOTICE TO ALL MEDICAL AND DENTAL PRACTITIONERS FOR THE YEAR 2025

All practitioners registered by KMPDC are required by CAP 253, Laws of Kenya to renew their practice license annually within the stipulated period. Failure to renew your annual practice license within this period will result in penalties.
