TRANSITION TO ONLINE AMBULANCE REGISTRATION BY THE KENYA MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS AND DENTISTS COUNCIL

The Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) hereby informs all stakeholders and members of the public that registration of ambulances has now transitioned to an online system. Applicants are advised to initiate the process by visiting the online registration portal at: https://ems.kmpdc.go.ke/registration Application deadline: Friday 7th November 2025. To view and download a guide on how to register as an ambulance owner on the portal head up to the downloads page under the resources section then click on the drop down titled EMS.

This is to notify you that the Online Portal for the renewal of annual practice licences for all practitioners is now OPEN. You are therefore required to renew your 2026 licence before 31st December 2025. The online portal can be accessed through https://osp.kmpdc.go.ke. NOTICE FOR COUNCIL EXAMINATIONS OCTOBER 2025

The deadline for the registration for the above examination shall be on Monday, 29th September 2025; at 5.00pm. Be advised that NO application for the OCTOBER 2025 examination, shall be accepted beyond the above date and time. Click on the Title/Header to view/download full notice.

APPLICATION FOR REGISTRATION OF AMBULANCES TRANSITIONING TO ONLINE PLATFORM

The Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) wishes to inform all stakeholders that in order to enhance convenience, efficiency and seamless service delivery, the ongoing registration exercise for ambulances is being transitioned to a digital process. To facilitate the digitization of the application process, a revised schedule and further guidance will be communicated at the earliest opportunity. We appreciate your understanding and continued cooperation as we work to improve your service experience.

INVITATION TO ATTEND THE STAKEHOLDERS WORKSHOP FOR THE VALIDATION AND ADOPTION OF THE REVISED CODE OF PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT AND DISCIPLINE (7TH EDITION)

The Council is in the process of reviewing The Code in order to keep abreast with advances in the fields of Medicine and Dentistry. To this end, the Council has developed The Code of Professional Conduct and Discipline 7th edition (Draft Zero) which is available at https://shorturl.at/WUXXf.
